Politique d'expédition
After payment confirmation is finalized, an order confirmation will be emailed to the email address submitted with the order. Once we have shipped you will receive a shipping notification. Beryl + Blossom is not responsible for loss, damages, or delays once the item is shipped. All additional duties, fees, or taxes incurred upon receipt of the item is the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, custom orders are non-refundable.
Packages are estimated to arrive between (2) to fourteen (14) days depending on the shipping method you select and you will receive a tracking number once it has left our facility.
PROCESSING TIME
The processing time for shipped products is typically 2 to 3 business days.
LOCAL SHIPPING
All local orders (i.e. to be delivered in Jamaica) placed on weekdays (i.e. Monday- Friday) before 10:00 AM EST will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be processed the next day.
Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will not be processed until the following Monday.
Customers are welcomed to select 'Pick Up' as a shipping option in their shopping carts to collect at Devon House each Sunday. Pick up orders placed after 8:00 pm EST on Saturday evening will not be available for pick up until the next weekend. Pick up is between the hours of 11:00 am and 1:00 pm.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, we ship globally. For orders being shipped internationally, orders placed before 10:00 AM EST will be mailed the next day, orders after 10:00 AM will be mailed the next day. We use EMS (Express Mail Service) c/o Jamaica Post, Knutsford Express, and Tara Courier Services.
Regrettably, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes and are not liable for lost or stolen packages. Additional shipping charges resulting from packages returned to BAUGHaus Design Studio due to customer absence, errors in shipping addresses or package refusal will be your responsibility. If you happen to change your mind and refuse a shipment from us, you remain responsible for all original shipping charges, the cost of returning the package to us, and a restocking fee. We will subtract this amount from your merchandise credit if any.
